Our Story

Bridging Heritage
and Horizon

Indus River Valley was founded with a simple belief: the world's finest craftsmanship deserves a global stage, and the artisans who create it deserve to be celebrated and fairly compensated.

The Founder

Qasim Anwar

Growing up between Pakistan and the West, I experienced firsthand the extraordinary craftsmanship of my homeland—and the difficulty of finding these treasures abroad.

I watched as skilled artisans struggled to find markets for their work, while people in the West paid premium prices for mass-produced goods that couldn't match the quality of a handmade piece from Chiniot or Multan.

Indus River Valley is my answer to this disconnect. We work directly with master craftsmen across Pakistan, handling everything from design consultation to quality assurance to international shipping, so that you can own something truly exceptional—and so that the people who made it can thrive.

Our Values

What We Stand For

Authenticity

Every piece we offer is genuinely handcrafted using traditional techniques. We never compromise on the integrity of the craft.

Fair Partnership

Our artisans receive fair compensation that reflects the true value of their skill and time. We build lasting relationships, not transactions.

Preservation

By creating a market for traditional crafts, we help ensure these skills are passed to the next generation rather than lost to time.

Quality

Made-to-order means made with care. Each piece is crafted specifically for you, with attention to detail that mass production can never achieve.
